AISWCD elects Shumaker to statewide leadership team

The Association of Illinois Soil and Water Conservation Districts (AISWCD) this week announced Dale Shumaker, chairman of the Pulaski-Alexander County Soil and Water Conservation District, was elected vice president of the association.
